I know this isn't a YA novel, but I still can't help but be UBBER excited for the release of this book! I absolutely love the Odd Thomas series. I read all 4 books within a week. It was a series I could not put down. Thanks to my boyfriends mom for both introducing me to the series and buying it! I would never have read the most awesome series ever if it weren't for her.
Background about the series: It's about this guy who can see dead people. Except, the ghosts can't talk. They call him Odd Thomas. That is really his name. He also has Elvis Presley as a sidekick type ghost-thingy, which is SO cool. I mean, it's Elvis for crying out loud! Pure coolness! Anyways, throughout the series he helps ghosts and friends and the such. It's truly a great read for ghost lovers.
